How to know if your company is targeted by PDAL
The procedure is published, but you still have to read it in time. Here is where to look and how not to miss it.
Where to look
- The official publications of the trade register in your company's name.
- Mail sent to the registered office, especially registered letters.
- The two Luxembourg newspapers where the opening decision is published.
- The company's register extract, to see its current state.
If the company has no office
The letter goes to the registered office. With no office, or if nobody collects the mail there, you may never see it. Have the mail forwarded or put a domiciliation in place, then read the publications regularly.
Have the register monitored
We can monitor the publications of one or more companies and alert you by email when a publication appears.
If you found something
Note the publication date, keep a copy and go to what to do if the company is targeted.
